It was an absolute privilege working on this project alongside the incredibly talented Isaac Lock and Łukasz Żal over a ten day shoot. Isaac, when little gaps of time allowed, would impart the most brilliant bits of wisdom on directing; from working with actors to VFX plates to communicating effectively with your cast and crew as well as managing tight time constraints. I also learnt invaluable lessons in the sculpting of light from Łukasz who would elaborate on his motivation behind certain lighting decisions, lens choices and framing, both on the production we were on as well as his phenomenal work in The Zone of Interest. It was an immense honour to work so closely with these two remarkably talented individuals and even more so that they were so willing to share such invaluable knowledge with me.
